  • We have received alerts from monitoring system notifying us there is a problem with our upstream provider (internet provider).

    The issue may be causing you delays when sending emails to people, these will remain queued up until the issue is resolved, at which time they will be sent off for delivery.

    Incoming email traffic remains stable.

    14:49 - Our upstream provider has rectified this issue and mail flow is now working as normal
